About Customer Experience
Customer Experience is a newly formed function, bringing together specialists from across the brands, to work on ensuring that our customers are receiving the best levels of service. With data-led insight, we are able to tailor bespoke support to our customers, spotting any key trends and patterns. The Customer Service Centre (CSC) is based in the centre of Leeds. The team deals with customer contacts for all six brands.
Customer Experience is a relatively new function within Volkswagen Group UK, created to bring together a central voice of the customer in everything we do.
