National Used Vehicle Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles team as National Used Vehicle Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Network Sales, in this high profile role you'll be responsible for the development and delivery of the brands used vehicle strategy.  

Our ambition is to grow our Approved Used business. Always with the customer in mind, you'll ensure that the brand delivers the programme through our retailer network whilst constantly reviewing the brands influencer strategy and improving residual values to ensure tactical efficiency. You'll focus on upscaling the used contribution towards retailer revenues as we believe that a network of successful used vehicle operations creates the foundations for long term success.  

You will be an experienced leader, able to drive direction, achieve exceptional results and fully engage a high performing team. You'll be responsible for the development of strategic programmes to grow the used vehicle market share. You'll be focused on driving day to day performance, but equally have a key strategic eye on the future landscape of the sales operation, ensuring that we are ready and equipped for all the exciting digital changes facing our industry.

You'll ideally have experience of working in a fast paced environment managing campaigns and influencing decisions based on data. You'll have previous in delivering commercial results and demonstrate ability to collaborate, communicate and problem solve. Ideally you will also have experience in the development and implementation of new digital solutions.

This is an office based role however there is a potential requirement to regularly visit our retailers and key suppliers.
