We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Administrator on a part-time permanent basis. If you're the sort of person that likes being busy, there is plenty for you to get your teeth into. For a start, you're the heart-beat of the team and they're reliant on you providing the very best support. You need to be a big team player and enjoy talking to people from all areas of our business.

You will play an important role in driving a positive and inclusive culture in the Sales Operations team. You'll be keeping an eye on the departments finances, raising PO's and managing invoicing, you'll find that no two days are ever the same! You will also provide some occasional support to the Head of Sales Operations with diary management, meetings requests and general administration and you'll ensure the smooth running of the department and help organise team events and meetings.

It's important that you're well-rounded and good at multi-tasking and managing projects and processes; aggregating information from different stakeholders, and prioritising tasks in a busy and fast-paced environment.

You need to be organised and proactive, confident using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Got all that and you're ticking all the boxes.
