Conversion Rate Optimisation Manager
We are looking for a number of Conversion Rate Optimisation Managers to join us on a permanent basis across all of Brands. This is a fascinating technical role, responsible for the optimisation of the brand website and digital tools to improve conversion and customer experience to meet KPIs. You'll conduct in-depth analyses into specific products and promotions, user research and usability studies, reporting on optimisation opportunities and potential conversion issues.
You'll be managing the entire testing process, where you will identify requirements and technical specifications, test and analyse performance, then reporting findings and recommending new strategies to the wider Marketing team to drive improvements to digital customer experience. You'll be responsible for operational matters relating to the traditional business model, whilst also having an active involvement in business transformation projects, ensuring working processes adhere to Audit and Legal guidelines.
We're looking for a talented professional with considerable experience in optimisation, digital analytics and customer experience platforms. You'll be a highly organised and results orientated individual, demonstrating expertise in analysing large amounts of content and data to form creative judgements on a variety of projects at one time. You'll need excellent communication skills to report findings and build strong and effective relationships across all levels of the business.
