CRM and Data Intelligence Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Marketing Team as a CRM and Data Intelligence Manager. This role has responsibilities such as helping define and implement the data driven customer communications programme that delivers and increase in customer loyalty and service penetration, driving the transformations towards data-powers marketing, by fully owning the customer data eco-system, and developing and managing all aspects of the brand's CRM Customer Journey for all sales channels and customer types, across the end to end lifecycle from enquiry to repurchase.

Some of the many key activities in this role include; supporting the brand requirements for tactical actions and direct communication interventions, with the objective to demonstrate a direct impact on ROI, implementing relevant Customers and Vehicles for Life initiatives and act as the Brand lead in coordinating the Brand action plan and achievement of annual KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration on actions to support VWG and Brand strategic priorities including but not limited to connected services, eCommerce solutions, systems integrations, future sales and moving to more sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate the ability to combine data from external and internal sources, translate them into clear customer insights and present them to senior business stakeholders, experience of analysing and interpreting Digital and Marketing metrics (including website analytics, CRM, upper funnel customer metrics, etc.) and ROI, and the ability to approach business questions in a customer-centric way.
