Data Intelligence and Loyalty Manager

A recent opportunity has now arisen for a talented Data Intelligence and Loyalty Manager to join the Volkswagen marketing team on a full-time, permanent basis. This exciting role is responsible for implementing the data driven customer communications programme to increase customer loyalty and service penetration. You'll be analysing and reporting customer behaviour data with the outcome of driving sales and customer engagement with the brand.

You'll lead development of Volkswagen's customer analytics framework, implementing data visualisation tools to establish regular reporting towards senior Brand stakeholders. You'll take charge of the customer loyalty and engagement strategy throughout the entire life cycle, from prospect & lead management, through ownership, aftersales and repurchase. You'll take responsibility over the Brand's customer database, including data acquisition strategy, segmentation and interfaces with 3rd party suppliers to enable marketing automation, legal compliance and customer consent management.

Our ideal candidate should be results driven and customer focussed, with a strong background in project management. You'll need to be highly organised and adaptable, with a flair for interpreting large datasets from multiple sources across a variety of projects. You'll need strong analytical skills to interpret Digital and Marketing metrics, and must possess strong communication skills to successfully present customer insights to senior business stakeholders.
