An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Data Manager to join our Marketing team on a permanent basis. The role is focussed around managing all architecture and data required to deliver effective end-user digital experiences. You'll be responsible for ensuring all customer and dealer facing products, tools and technologies operate in line with compliance and have sufficient controls in place to mitigate negative customer/commercial impact.

You'll be successful at identifying and reporting data failure points across the Brands end to end landscape, presenting opportunities for improvement of the digital architecture, as well as implementing controls to remediate failures before they occur. You'll need to be confident in overseeing data systems and coaching colleagues in their daily use. You will excel in assessing system performance, troubleshooting data-related issues and continually developing data management strategies.

Our ideal candidate will be a keen problem solver, showcasing a strong ability to decipher and organise large amounts of data. You'll need to demonstrate excellent communication skills to summarise complex problems and solutions in nontechnical terms for remediation to senior stakeholders. You'll need a good technical skillset with strong understanding of SEO, Agile delivery and process mapping software (e.g. Visio).
