We have an exciting new opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Digital Experience Manager. Your role is to develop, lead and implement the Brand's strategy of a blended retail experience to deliver a pioneering and future proof customer experience. You'll be tasked with engaging internal stakeholders and retailer network staff to integrate the use of a variety of digital tools into a modern sales process to deliver an improved commercial result for the brand and network.

You'll be working closely with the Customer Experience Strategy Manager to identify how the Digital tools can optimise the customer journey and deliver a seamless interaction on and off line between Brand and Network Staff. You'll be collaborating with the field teams to performance manage the delivery of the digital experience and define metrics for measuring engagement, driving the use of digital tools in a modernised sales process to increase revenue, profit and customer satisfaction through network engagement and change management.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing and a deep understanding of its importance in modern communications from a commercial perspective. You'll uphold a confident approach to agency management, with an emphasis on building strong and effective relationships, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills  to gain commitment and approval from all levels of the business. You'll need to be an influential professional experienced in managing multiple initiatives and progressing large and small-scale digital projects, confident in prioritisation and planning resource capacity in line with forecast demand.
