We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing team as a Digital Manager. The role is responsible for the end-to-end development and implementation of all digital content and tools across consumer facing websites, apps, e-commerce presence and digital showroom presence. This includes digital activity to support all strategic business areas in the Brand.

Some of the many activities covered in this role include; delivery of the digital projects required across specific areas of the business (e.g. new, used, aftersales and fleet), working with the CRO Manager to ensure the e-commerce and direct sales pages are effectively managed, and providing a smooth user experience by ensuring that products / services are categorised correctly, enabling the customer to find the relevant information quickly to maximise conversion.

The ideal candidate should have skills such as; attention to detail despite a huge amount of content/data and frequent updates and changes, digital expertise with experience in running and maintaining digital destinations – website, mobile sites, applications etc., and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to gain commitment and approval from all levels of the business. The candidate should also have experience in managing large and small-scale digital projects and proven experience in managing multiple initiatives, prioritisation and planning resource capacity in line with forecast demand.
