We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Audi team as a Digital Performance Manager. In this role you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of successful commercial results through the optimisation of the digital customer experience, driven by insight and analytics. This will include the ownership of lead funnel management and the marketing channel strategy and budget required to deliver the goals and maximise ongoing measurement performance. You will use data, insights and reporting to continually create actions that optimise and improve key metrics such as conversion, search leads, visits, sales and participation in an omni-channel environment.

In order to be successful in this role you'll be highly analytical and customer centric, with a strong ability to arrange multiple, complex sets of data and translate them into meaningful insights to drive focused marketing actions across the business. You'll have a solid holistic understanding of the Digital landscape and retail environment with the ability to influence stakeholders across the wider teams and operating brands while appreciating the differing cultures and priorities prevalent. You'll demonstrate you have advanced experience of media buying and acquisition with a proven track record of managing advertising across a variety of platforms and buying models. With hands-on digital marketing experience you'll have experience managing agencies, multiple briefs and multiple stakeholders.  You'll be forward thinking and have good attention to detail coupled with the ability to motivate, lead and drive change in the business.
