We have an exciting new opportunity to join the Audi team as a Digital Sales Growth Manager. In this role you'll be responsible for leading the customer demand strategy for digital sales. This will include the development of lead funnel management, marketing channel strategy, budget, goal setting and ongoing measurement of performance. You will also lead the data and analytics strategy to enable data driven insights and reporting, seeking continuous optimisation to drive conversion, lead generation and sales volumes in an omni-channel environment.

In order to be successful in this role you will be highly analytical and customer centric, with a strong ability to arrange multiple, complex sets of data and translate them into meaningful insights to drive focused marketing actions across the business. You will have hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally across multiple channels and including agency management. You will be forward thinking and have good attention to detail coupled with strong influencing skills and the ability to motivate and drive change in the business. You are experienced in analysing and interpreting digital and marketing metrics.
