We have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR team as Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Organisation Development and Engagement, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping and rolling out our diversity and inclusion strategy and cultural transformation. You'll bring specialist knowledge and insight into our team and work collaboratively with the diversity and inclusion project team and our employee network groups to move things at pace with clear, measurable results. You'll be focused on implementing change across our employee life cycle, including employer brand, talent acquisition, talent management and career development, employee engagement and culture, and leadership and employee learning. Our board of management place great importance on our Diversity and Inclusion programme and you'll be collaborating and influencing at the highest level.

You'll have experience leading diversity and inclusion projects and be comfortable and confident managing upwards, influencing stakeholders, coaching and guiding our management population and working at pace. We're insights and data driven so you'll be able to turn these into clear and measurable results.
