We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our IT team as Head of IT Governance and Security on a permanent basis reporting into the IT Director. In this senior role you will be responsible for the overall management of the cross-functions in IT such as IT Risk and IT Compliance processes, aligning with other group functions and developing standards and strategies for the whole IT. Leading a team of experts you'll define, implement and gain approval for Governance, reporting, risks, finance, commercial, and compliance models to support all IS operational, project and change initiatives.
To be successful in the role you'll be an experienced senior manager with strong knowledge of leadership and project management to form a team out of this newly founded department of various experts. Working closely with the product teams to support in a waterfall or agile manner, you'll have excellent commercial experience, must be able to think strategically and have the ability to influence across all levels of the organisation. You'll have advanced skills in financial management, budgeting, procurement and contract negotiations and demonstrate a high degree of motivation with excellent time management skills.
