We are have an exciting new opportunity to join our HR team as a HR Benefits and Insight MI Manager to join the team on a fixed-term contract until the end of December 2021. In this role you'll develop and provide accurate, timely, and meaningful data and insight to the to the business in order to continually enhance the HR strategy and our direction of activity. As the specialist in HR analytics, you'll be able to provide rich insight and understanding behind the ‘numbers'. You'll be responsible for managing the development and implementation of employee benefits ensuring they are accessible and understood by employees.

Ensuring that we are offering a competitive and compelling offering to our employees, you'll conduct reward benchmarking, analysing external compensation & benefits surveys highlighting trends and where we may need to focus on. Key to equality, you'll also look after the metrics for equal pay and gender reporting. You'll manage the flexible benefits programme on offer to our employees with end to end supplier management driving continuous improvement and activity. This varied role manages the wellbeing strategy providing support with all occupational health activities, management of the employee recognition scheme and accountable for audit activities for the group.  

To be successful in the role you'll be proficient in reporting and complex data and naturally be able to translate this to multiple audiences. You'll have a strong attention to detail and will be a competent user of Excel and HR systems. You'll have good knowledge of employee benefits and legislation requirements as well as having the ability to manage and co-ordinate a variety of projects. You'll be creditable, a self-starter who is approachable and customer centric.
