Within the Group Aftersales & Customer Quality function (GACQ) is Trade Parts Specialists (TPS) a team of over 1,600 specialists, working out of 81 locations nationwide. Together, we work with our colleagues across the business to ensure our customers remain loyal. Sometimes we lead, sometimes we enable, but always we work to deliver sustainable, profitable, growth.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Trade Parts team in GACQ  as TPS Key Account Manager on a full-time contract. Reporting into the TPS National Account Manager you'll be responsible for maximising growth opportunities and management of key accounts. You'll be working with your allocated key accounts to identify, negotiate and build on-going relationships with the aim of delivering growth in line with TPS National Account plans and business priorities. You'll use your sound market intelligence to undertake customer acquisitions increasing sales opportunities and report to monitor performance. You'll support, guide and influence your key accounts using your knowledge of market developments enabling Volkswagen Group to maintain a strong position. We welcome an entrepreneurial approach winning new and re-tenders of accounts, bringing new ideas and operational practices to an established business.

You'll have a successful track record of consistently managing operational performance and achieving great results within a changing industry. You'll have the ability to analyse detailed statistical, numerical and financial data and see the bigger picture to influence improvements.

This is a busy and fast-paced role so you'll know a thing or two about prioritising and being well organised. You'll be a confident communicator and enjoy working with the wider Volkswagen Group team. In this role you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference and build key relationships to support the business' ambitions for the future.
