Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is about to enter a transformational period as we bring highly anticipated new models to market.

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles team as the National Fleet Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Fleet, you'll be responsible for leading a high performing team of Area Fleet Managers to deliver fleet sales across the UK. This role is the face of Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles fleet where you'll build on existing relationships and have the drive and tenacity to develop new ones. We work with leading organisations to provide premium fleet solutions. You'll develop and implement customer and sales channel strategies across key fleet channels, including corporate, SME and public sector.

This is a key leadership role in the brand, a role that will be pivotal in achieving success over the next few years. You'll have experience managing large projects and driving a team through exciting periods of transformation and change. You'll know how a corporate organisation works and have experience managing multiple stakeholders groups, as well as your own team. You'll have a successful track record in B2B sales within a large corporate organisation (not necessarily Automotive!) and enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment.

You'll be a skilled communicator, facing out to our network and building key relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll have strong influencing and negotiating skills and enjoy leading and developing people.
