National Network Development Manager

The exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Network Development team as a National Network Development Manager. There is responsibility for a team of multi-branded Investor aligned Network Development managers. Therefore, the role will support and drive the execution of Network Development strategies of all Brands through this matrix-manages field team. Enabled through the matrix-managed field team, and with direct responsibility for a number of Group Investors, this role carries ultimate responsibility for the implementation of the Group Ideal Network plan as well as the implementation of all Brand standards and guidelines.

Some of the many key activities delivered in this role include; chairing the bi-monthly Brand Network Development board meeting, ensuring that all Network Development brand objective are tracked and delivered on plan, being responsible for working with Financial Risk Investors to minimise the risk to VWG, and manage all network standard compliance and escalation processes for your Investors and ensure all non-compliance documentation and audit trails are maintained to support and notice of terminations that result in non-compliance escalations.

The ideal candidate should have a thorough understanding of Motor Trade Law, Company Law and industry knowledge as manufacturer and retail level.
