We're looking for a National Used Car Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Head of Sales Operations for Volkswagen UK, in this high profile role you'll be responsible for Volkswagen's Used Car brand strategy, own and deliver future growth and lead a high performing team through a period of change, transformation and progression. Always with the customer in mind, you'll ensure that Volkswagen delivers the best used car programme through direct channels and our dealer network, controlling & protecting residual values and having an eye on the competitor landscape at all times.

You'll be an experienced leader, able to drive direction, achieve exceptional results and fully engage a high performing team. You'll use your leadership skills to collaborate with a number of key stakeholders, specifically our dealer network, the Group Used Vehicle team, Volkswagen Financial Services, our external remarketing partners and our parent company in Wolfsburg, Germany. You'll ideally have a background in our industry and understand how the dealer network model works from a sales perspective.
