Performance Marketing Manager

Created in Barcelona, and with multi-billion investments in engineering and design, our multi-award winning line-up includes everything from electric vehicles through to seven-seat SUVs, and now diversifies into urban mobility solutions through its SEAT Mo brand.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The role includes responsibility for managing the paid marketing channel strategies and lead funnel performance, alongside development of tactical performance campaigns for new cars, used cars, fleet, aftersales, eCommerce and Agency. You'll take leadership in driving customer demand to achieve commercial objectives and performance targets for all channels – B2C and B2B.

Some of the key activities delivered in the role include; production of creative campaign assets including images, copywriting, and videos where appropriate; working with the wider marketing teams, external agencies and Global marketing functions. Also, developing and executing a testing plan to identify best performing user acquisition tactics across platforms, such as targeting, messaging and creative formats. You'll collaborate with the Group Customer Experience department to ensure utilisation of 1st Party data in marketing campaigns to drive efficiency, and ensuring any revised ways of working are captured formally, introduced into the VWGUK/Brand processes and recorded in-line with Audit & Legal guidelines.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital and performance marketing and a deep understanding of its ever increasing importance in modern communications, experience of working in a data driven marketing environment with high focus on delivering against KPIs, as well as a demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
