Retail Development Manager

We have an exciting new opportunity to join the ŠKODA team as a Retail Development Manager reporting into ŠKODA's Head of Fleet.  This is a truly transformational role when you can make a real difference.

In this role you'll be responsible for bringing clarity and detailed definition to the future Retailer sales journey. Scope will include development of our business model, supporting processes and responsibilities within the context of an omni-channel sales environment. You will also have responsibility for the development and management of relevant network sales processes, quality standards and ensuring future retail network viability.

You'll work with the wider team and have the ability to influence senior stakeholders on new, innovative concepts, therefore it is essential that you are a strategic thinker and have high energy levels with the tenacity to drive programmes forward even when faced with headwinds. You'll have a proven knowledge of Automotive sales and Retailer operations and track record of delivering results.
