We have an exciting new opportunity for you to join the Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles team as Sales Support Manager on a permanent basis. Reporting into the National Operations Manager, in this role you'll be responsible for providing direct operational support for defined number of dealers.  You will engage in and/or support dealers in tactical actions in order to achieve the Brand's sales channel targets to ensure that dealers are fully conversant with the Brand's sales processes and systems. You will resolve issues that are preventing achievement of dealer sales channel targets or adversely impact customer satisfaction.

You will have strong co-operation and networking skills with excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. You will have proven coaching skills in addition to sound problem solving abilities and strong attention to detail. You'll have experience of producing high quality working in a time paced and results orientated environment, whilst delivering measurable business improvement. You should also be a good listener with proven influencing skills.
