Recognised by Forbes as one of the world's most valuable brands, the four Audi rings have become synonymous with luxury. By combining beautiful design with innovation, we're leading the premium car market from beautiful, cutting edge design, excellence in service to people development. That's what ‘Vorsprung durch Technik' is all about: using technology and intelligence to drive progress. From the famous Audi quattro to the amazing e-tron family of electric cars led by the Audi e-tron GT Audi defines premium, sporty and innovative mobility.

So a career with Audi is, quite simply, a mark of excellence. There's never been a better time to join us, as we continue to demonstrate innovative engineering and unprecedented growth in the premium car market as we shift our focus heavily towards electrified, CO2 free mobility.

Volkswagen Group UK has a unique culture, built on diversity, difference and a friendly rivalry that inspires us all. Across our brands and group functions, we learn from each other, encourage each other, share best practices and where it makes sense pool our activities to leverage scale. We regularly challenge each other to think differently. Our employees have a true passion for what they do, a genuine desire to go further for customers and to give their own careers real momentum at the same time.

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Service Performance Manager to join our Aftersales team on a fixed term contract basis. In this role you'll be responsible for utilising quality management principles to drive service quality performance across the aftersales department and the network. You'll work closely with our Customer Experience team and the network to develop actions and programmes addressing opportunities and share best practice.

In this role, you'll manage key relationships working with stakeholders to identify and address improvement areas and implement theses through the network.  You'll have the ability to think long term balancing the need to deliver operationally within deadlines.

To be successful in this role you'll have the skills to influence across a range of stakeholders and build credibility in your relationships. You'll have experience of working and delivering results within a customer focussed organisation and demonstrate you have experience in change management.

So what can we offer you? We know people value different things, so along with a competitive salary, car and discretionary bonus, we offer a wide range of flexible benefits to suit you and your lifestyle, including hybrid working.
